Application: used for remelting of aluminum scraps, molten aluminum heating up, refining and slagging, holding of molten aluminum and supply the molten aluminum for casting.
Process description: the furnace is Stationary type square aluminum melting furnace, the solid raw materials(such as remelt aluminum ingots, aluminum scraps, etc) can be charged with dedicated charging tools(such as forklift, dedicated charging cart, etc) or being charged manually. Equipped with high speed burners, the solid materials can be melted quickly, after melting, the molten aluminum shall be stirred effectively and fully to make the temperature and composition more uniform(stirring the molten aluminum during the melting period is also allowed, and can improve the melting rate). During the whole melting period, stirring, slagging, sampling, sample analysis and temperature adjustment all can be carried out.
