EPS manufactures high‑precision custom hollow aluminum extrusion dies designed for complex profile applications across architectural, industrial, and automotive sectors. Our dies are machined from premium H13 hot‑work tool steel, heat‑treated to HRC 48‑52 hardness, with optional nitriding for extended service life.
Each die undergoes computer‑simulated flow manifold analysis to optimize aluminum flow distribution, reduce welding line defects, and minimize the need for costly corrections. Typical output exceeds 6 tons of aluminum profile per die under proper usage and maintenance.
Available in die diameters from 60mm to 1000mm, supporting wall thicknesses as low as 0.6mm (0.8‑1.8mm for most hollow profiles). We produce both bridge dies (spider dies) and porthole dies, as well as multi‑cavity designs up to 20 cavities.
