The EPS process is to paste solid wood veneer or PVC sheet on 6063 aviation grade aluminum tube with PUR hot melt adhesive imported from Germany.

What is your MOQ for wood grain aluminum square tube profiles?
Any small order quantity is welcome. However, the most cost-effective order quantity is one 40' container (20-26 tons) or one 20' container (8-12 tons).

How long is the lead time?
New die and sample production: approximately 15 days. One container order: 15-30 days.
Do you offer free die molds?
For orders of 3-5 tons within one year, we will refund the die mold cost. For orders reaching 300 kg, no additional machine costs apply.
