EPS designs and manufactures multi-cavity aluminum extrusion dies to significantly increase your extrusion output per press stroke. By producing multiple identical profiles simultaneously, our multi‑hole extrusion dies reduce production time, lower energy consumption, and improve overall cost efficiency. Available with up to 20 cavities depending on profile size and press tonnage.
Each multi‑cavity die is machined from premium H13 hot‑work tool steel, vacuum heat treated to HRC 48‑52, with optional nitriding for extended die life. We use advanced CAD/CAM simulation to balance material flow across all cavities, ensuring consistent dimensions and mechanical properties for every extruded profile.
