This article presents EPS Aluminum’s energy-saving aluminum billet heating furnace for extrusion lines. It explains direct-fired spray heating, multi-zone ±5°C temperature control for isothermal extrusion, LPG/natural gas combustion, PLC automation with one-key auto shear, and 15–20% energy savings. The furnace is customizable for different billet diameters and extrusion line configurations, offering improved thermal consistency and lower operating costs.
