2. Die design and size

3. Die plate shape

4. Length of sizing belt

The extrusion force needed to overcome the friction resistance of the sizing belt will increase with the increase of the length of the sizing belt, and the component of extrusion force consumed in the sizing belt is about 5% to 10% of the total extrusion force of the aluminum profile.

In aluminum extrusion processing, when extrusion deformation conditions allow, the complexity of aluminum section shape determines the size of extrusion pressure to a certain extent, the more complex the shape, the greater the extrusion pressure.
