1. Strict implementation of aluminum extrusion process rules and regulations

Before the press running,billet furnace temperature setting in 530-550 ℃, the temperature of outlet in 480-500 ℃, heating time should be enough to ensure fully and evenly heating from the surface to the central of the billet . Only after that can we avoid die elastic deformation increases, exacerbating "ovality" and "different length" phenomenon occurs, even make the die deformation and scrap.

2. Choose reasonable support for die assembly, use proper distribution

It is necessary to select the proper size of the double cavities sub- bolster, in order to reduce the elastic deformation of the die plate, so that the extrusion aluminum products formed stable, less dimensions change. And note that prepare correct bolsters in advance, so as to avoid the die come out of the oven for long time, and cooling down.

3. Make sure three “central points” in same level line.

The center of the extrusion container, the center of the billet and the center of the die base must be concentric, and no obvious eccentricity is allowed,otherwise it will affect the flow of the profile, even affect the profile shaping and producing can not proceed.

4. Working belt should be perfectly smooth and flat.

Whether it is the first processing of the die or to doing die correction, working belt is critical to production results, slow wire cutting machine is better for processing the die, correct polish way should be trained for die corrector.
